The Intellectual Property Management Trusts are a series of trusts which were established in order to research, investigate and collate information on a large number of issues which were pertinent to Diana Spencer and Theodore Forstmann. The initial purpose of the trusts was to produce information for use in publishing a few books; however, the information gathering activities grew exponentially, and currently there is a very large catalogue of titles being prepared for publication.
