Diana: The Trusts
Diana's ultimate financial success
The Trusts, first established by Diana Spencer in 1988-1990, evolved into a highly lucrative cash generation machine over the years; especially after Diana’s death when the Trusts were more professionally directed by Theodore Forstmann’s management expertise. The bulk of that revenue was provided by a string of malcontents, crooks, and criminals, all attempting to keep their misdeeds out of the media; and the two most indebted payees were Diana’s erstwhile father-in-law, Philippos Glücksburg, and his wife, Elizabeth Windsor.
Initially the main asset of the Trusts was the information gathered that was intended for use in Diana’s publishing aspirations. However, the real treasure trove which developed was that same information, or evidence. This because very many members of the tribal elite were revealed as being abusers, fraudsters, and criminals; and they obviously wanted to keep their crimes out of public view, and were more than willing to pay Diana’s Trusts to keep those secrets and potentially keep them out of the law courts.
The information, or evidence, gathered by the Trusts could be used to extract payments from a bunch of criminals engaged is a range of criminal activities. Clearly those individuals were not happy about losing the fruits of their felonious endeavours, and therefore from time to time the managers of the Trusts were required to put the miscreants in their place.
A very large portion of Glücksburg’s, and Elizabeth Windsor’s, secret offshore nest-eggs were emptied by Diana’s Trusts, and those funds used as donations to the causes and issues Diana supported during her lifetime. Over the years, the quantum of the funds that flowed through the Trusts was very substantial; this of course, directly reflected the extent of the corruption and criminality of the British tribal elite.
In the end, albeit after her death, Diana got her wish to generously help the causes and charities she supported; and indeed, also her wish to see the Windsor Herd pay for their mistreatment of her.
